A lista completa de nomeados para o The Game Awards 2025 foi revelada na segunda-feira, dia 17, por Geoff Keighley, o idealizador e apresentador da cerimônia.

Após a apuração dos votos de vários meios de comunicação globais, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 se destacou de forma inédita, tornando-se o jogo com o maior número de indicações na história do evento.

A votação pode ser realizada no próprio site do The Game Awards, basta apenas realizar um login, podendo ser uma conta do Google.

A premiação, que revelará os vencedores, está agendada para o dia 11 de dezembro e será realizada no Peacock Theater, em Los Angeles.

Mantendo a sua característica habitual, a edição de 2025 do The Game Awards contará com a participação de celebridades e performances musicais. Além disso, Geoff Keighley já confirmou a presença de anúncios e trailers inéditos, que são frequentemente considerados o ponto alto do evento por muitos espectadores.
